Please note we do not add any additional call out charge to the regular service prices quoted below. (All prices valid from 1st September 2016) All prices are based on a standard 3 bedroom dwelling. We will always provide a guaranteed fixed price following a site survey and prior to the commencement of any work.
We also offer a wide range of out of hours emergency call out services to tackle all types of insect infestations and all rodent and pest problems. (Out of hours emergency fees apply to call outs between 7.00pm – 7.00am) Please call for a quote.
A sample of our regular services are detailed below. All our services are tailored to the individual situation and the customers specific needs. We also offer a wide range of solutions to commercial and residential customers on a contract basis. A typical contract comprising of 8 inspection visits per annum with the deployment of appropriate monitoring equipment and 3 emergency callouts per year is priced at £400 for a small business premises or up to a 4 bedroom house. Our fully qualified technicians (all retired 999 services) will carry out a free site survey and provide a detailed quote to customers.
|Rats||£115||A total of 3 visits comprising of initial survey and either bait or trap treatment. Followed by a monitoring inspection visit and treatment review. Followed up by a check to verify success of treatment and removal of any equipment and baits.|

|Wasps||£43.50||SUMMER SPECIAL – Cheaper than any local council by far -1 visit to 1 property, with treatment of up to 2 nests included. Each additional nest will incur a £15 charge. Normal price £57|
|Squirrels||£115||Use of baiting treatment – 3 visits. Comprising of initial inspection and treatment. With further monitoring visits and final removal of all bait from premises.|
|Squirrels (Trapping)||£115||Initial survey and use of 2 traps for 4 weeks. Includes call out to 2 captured squirrels and removal of traps at conclusion of treatment. All additional call outs during the 4 weeks will incur a charge of £27.50|
|Cockroaches||£130||A total of 2 visits comprising of initial survey and treatment. Followed by a monitoring inspection and treatment review. (3 rooms treated – further rooms subject to additional charges).|
|Fleas||£110||1 visit to premises. With an application of appropriate treatment in each room. Price for 3 rooms. Alternatively the full house can be treated if appropriate, using crack and crevice spray followed by ULV Exodus treatment – priced following inspection. N.B. ULV Exodus additional charge applies.|

|Foxes (Shooting)||£110||Includes initial inspection and up to 2 hours and 30mins on site. No additional charge for first fox culled on initial visit. Each additional fox is charged at £39. Additional visits are charged at £40 per hour and £39 per fox culled.|
|Fox (Trapping)||£125||Includes initial inspection and use of 1 fox trap for up to 2 weeks. We also offer the use of 2 fox traps for 1 week at £110. Each visit to deal with a captured fox, release of non-target species or trap reset is charged at £45.|
